  • In order to have a product shipped please complete the payments. Once an item gets shipped, refunds are not available.
  • Estimated time of delivery will reflect in the product page. However, delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, merchant situation, carrier problems, shipping address, etc.
  • Although if you have cancelled an order before it was shipped you would be eligible for 100% refund.
  • If you had ordered the right size of the jeans but still it does not fit you, do one thing, click a picture of the same by wearing it. Send the image to the Jeanswala team to ensure you receive the replacement.
  • For return of defected products, please share product image with the customer support team. Don’t forget to mention the defect!
  • If a customer wants to return the item, due to product defects then he/she must share the product image to customer support team by mentioning the fault.
  • Violation of terms and conditions, cancellation policy or any kind of fraudulent activities, will lead to order cancellation and account deletion.
  • All promotions and offers are under the sole discretion of Jeanswala. The company reserves the right to change them from time to time.
