Return and Exchange Policy


Thank you for shopping with JeansWala. We try and assure you of the best quality of products. In case you were not satisfied with any product, we are here to help. Conditions for Replacement

The customer is liable for a replacement of the product if:

  • 1. The product is defective.
  • 2. The product quantity is incorrect.
  • 3. The wrong product was shipped.
  • 4. The product is not to size or does not fit.
  • 5. The product is not up to specifications. (In case of incorrect information provided by the customer, JeansWala is not responsible.)

JeansWala accepts returns under these conditions. However, the shipping charges would have to be borne by the customer.

In the case of the following, the items will not be replaced:

  • 1. If the item is used and altered
  • 2. If the item is reported for replacement after a long time after delivery
  • 3. If the item is not returned with the original packaging material
  • 4. If proof of purchase is not attached

The purchased product should be new, intact and in unused condition as it was received. Only then, it shall be considered for return/ exchange.


We do not provide refunds after the order has been shipped. But in case of wrong delivery, please contact Team JeansWala.
