It is very much possible that you may have ordered the wrong product while shopping.

No worries! In case you are looking for a cancellation of an order, please log in to your account. Please access your order details and bill to access cancel order options.

After your order is canceled, we will refund the 100% amount paid by you.

However, if your order is already shipped, you cannot cancel the order. In this case, you will not be refunded.

Under some circumstances, JeansWala may cancel your order:

  • In case of seller problems and dispute with the product description
  • In case of any fraudulent activities performed by the customer
  • In case of incorrect information submitted at the time of purchase
  • In case product carrier is unable to reach your destination
  • In case of any violations with our policies and agreements

If the product you have ordered goes out of stock, we will refer you to another seller. You will be notified about the status of your purchase.

If you are looking to modify your order, you may do so only before the shipment is dispatched.
